1. Wash and drain the Fava beans.
2. Wash the rice and soak for about 30 minutes.
3. In a pot,add oil and onion stir until golden in colour.
4. Add the Fava beans and stir in with the onion. keep on low heat until golden in colour.
5. Add water (as needed) and salt, bring to boil for a few minutes.
6. Drain the rice and add it to the Fava beans.
7. Once boiled, leave on low heat for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked.
8. Serve with yogurt.
