5. Take a baking pan(6" pan) and spread butter in it evenly.Now add some flour to it.Tap and spread the flour all over the pan.Remove.
6. Excess flour.The pan is ready..
7. Now add butter to a pan.Whisk it well without lumps.Add condensed milk and caramel syrup to it.Whisk well.Add the sifted flour little by little and.
8. Fold in well to a smooth batter.Finally add soda water and caramel syrup.Mix everything well..
9. Pour this batter to the prepared pan.Tap the pan three times to remove air bubbles..
10. Bake in 180 degree preheated oven till a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.Remove from pan.Don't cut the cake when it is too hot..
