  1. Wash and soak both the Lentils in water for 5-6 hours or overnight..
  2. Add Green Chillies, Peppercorns, Ginger, Cumin Seeds in a blender along with the soaked Lentils in batches and blend it coarsely. DO NOT ADD WATER..
  3. To the ground mixture, add finely chopped Coriander & Curry Leaves, Grated Coconut, Lemon Juice, Salt and mix well. Add Eno/Soda in the end & mix it. Stuffing for Savoury Kadubu is ready..
  4. Boil 2 cups of water, add a spoon of Oil & Salt into it. Add the Rice Flour into it, give it a mix, close the lid & turn off the flame. Let it cook in the hot steam for 5-10 minutes. Then knead it to a soft dough and make round balls out of it as shown..
